5 gallon brew in 6 gallon carboy

So I moved my brew in to the carboy,

I am using a 6 gallon carboy with 5 gallons of liquid, will this be to much O2 in there or does not matter, since I am planing to leave it in there for several more weeks. should I ad something to pres the air out (marbles are used for wine in OLD vintage bottles)

Are you talking primary or secondary? Not that it really matters, no issues.

What are you fermenting that needs to sit for several weeks? It won’t be an issue. :cheers:
