Forgetting to aerate the wort isn’t a critical mistake; the yeast will still ferment it fine as long as you pitched enough of it. Just don’t try to harvest that yeast for reusing in another batch - that won’t go so well.

Pitching the yeast warm on the other hand is a problem, and your beer may have some off flavors because of it. Next time, once it gets to a low enough temperature to safely transfer it to the fermenter do that, then wait to pitch the yeast the next morning. As long as you kept everything sanitized, the extra 12 hours before pitching won’t cause any problems, and the temperature will be in a better spot for the yeast to perform well.
