I’m having a fantastic fermentation with the third generation in an NB English Pale Ale and was wondering if this yeast would be compatible with a raspberry Wheat? 1st. gen AK 47 Paele Mild, 2nd Nut Brown Ale, 3rd English Pale ale. Thanks?
Personally I would a wheat yeast for a wheat beer (3068 is awesome!). But if you like the Neo why not give it a shot. You won’t get the classic wheat yeast characteristics from a British yeast, but go for it. Just don’t expect it to come out like a wheat beer.
