There are 4 new hop varieties released by the breeding program in Hüll. Hopsteiner describes them here

. They all look interesting, but the one that sticks out to me is Polaris, at 19-23%AA (!!!) and 4.1-4.4 ml oil / 100g (!!!). I’m not sure when we’ll start seeing them available to homebrewers.

All you’d have to do with that one is wave an ounce in the general direction of the boiling wort. 
No disrespect to the host, but a certain company in Idaho is selling Polaris… Niko
