3rd. generation 1945Neo. needs some wort

Ist generation smack pack was the AK47 at 1036 worked great.
2nd generation first attempt reusing yeast cake I did the Nut Brown Ale at 1.046. Racked directly on cake and trub. Massive quick vigorious fermentation. Needed to use blow off tube within the first 4 hours. Racked to secondary and harvested and washed a really nice jar of yeast. I know you are supposed to increase the OG on each subsaquent batch, any suggestions? NB’s English Pale Ale OG 1.050? Thanks

It isn’t necessary, or even desirable, to increase gravity when re-pitching. Low-gravity wort is always best for the yeast. So I’d say brew what you want and don’t worry about OG.
