Got my grain bill and hop schedule all figured out (22#s grain 9oz hops) for a 5.25 gallon batch coming in hopefully around 11%abv. I have never used milk sugar. Im thinking 1.5#s from the recipe I found online. What do you guys think about this?
I don’t know much about using lactose, but I’m using 2# in a 10G choc milk stout coming up shortly. Mind sharing the recipe, Cow is amazing.
