3 batches of 10 gallon brew at brewery

So did my first day at brewery. Sort of mis calulated time. Brewing day started at 11. Was done. Brewing and cleaning. At. 3 in the morning. All grain brewing. Must say the brew set up way cool. We did a imperial pale ale. 3 the same batches.

Cool, congrats! 3 brews back to back is a lot to take on in one day.

To much. Next time do start early around 5. And early done

Why do you have to brew it all in one day?

I do it part time so one or two days a week. I want to brew the connical fermentor full in 1 day. When. It works. Time wise. The other day. Me filling beer kegs than
