The 8th annual Ocean State Homebrew Competition (OSHC) is right around the corner. We are an AHA and BJCP sanctioned competition. All proceeds will benefit the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. It’s not a competition without entries; I hope many of you will send in your homebrews. New this year, we have added a special category for the ubiquitous New England IPA. Drop-off Window: February 2nd - March 3rd
Shipping Window: February 10th - March 3rd
All bottle types are accepted including cans and we will follow the 2015 BJCP guidelines. Please visit the OSHC website for all the details. In addition to entering, consider joining us as a judge, steward, or volunteering during the competition. Register on the website and please indicate your available judging sessions.
All entrants, judges, stewards and volunteers are welcome to join the OSHC at the conclusion of the competition for a raffle which benefits the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. Check our website and social media frequently for updates on amazing items from local, regional and national sponsors.
