Just sampled the beer and it’s a big burly IPA with a super warm finish.
I used 2 Northern Brewer 5 gallon Black IPA extract kits and halved the liquids. I used 3 packs of Safale 04 and adjusted liquids to end with 6 gallons of beer. OG was 1.21 and FG was 1033. It’s been a month so far and it is a good tasting beer. With some age it should get better. It reminds me of Oskar Blues Ten Fiddy but just a little hoppier and not quite as hoppy as Stones Sublimely Self Righteous.
