2 days after brew I realized my mistake

So I brewed my vienna lager recipe with some slight tweaks. The recipe was designed using 4.1 AA Hallertau. Since I order most of my hops online I don’t know the actual AA till I get them. I usually adjust my recipe when the hops get in to make sure im using the right amount. Well I forgot to do that this time. The Hallertau I got were 2.4 AA. So needless to say I will have a pretty malty vienna on my hands (coming in at 11 IBU according to BeerSmith).

Here’s to hoping it turns out OK.

You could get a hop shot from our host and add after fermentation if needed.

Awards mean nothing really, drink it and enjoy.

Post back. I’m very interested to know how this one will taste after it is conditioned. Are you bottling it or kegging?

Amen to that.
If it tastes good, that’s the only award that really matters.

Let us know how it was !

I agree. I also enjoy awards. I’m not sweating this one. Just thought I would share my mistake.

I will be bottling. I will update the thread in a couple months (if i remember)
