I’m a brewing newbie and I was wondering if you can include fruit into the 1 gallon kits? Is this possible and if so how is this done? I’m a big fan of the fruit flavors in beer and would like to find which 1 gallon kit would be the best. Thanks.
You could try an extract. Put some in a pint of beer and increase until you get the taste you desire. Multiply x 8 and add that to your next batch at bottling.
Puree or frozen fruit can be added after primary. The amount might take experimentation. It comes down to personal taste.
