Just started experimenting with 1 gallon batches to see what I like and tweak current beers. looking for a good 1 gallon imperial stout recipe. So far dividing my current recipies (5gal) by 5 is creating very bitter stouts. Having hard time with hops. Any help is greatly appreciated.Cheerrs :cheers:
