Ok, how about this as a clone recipe. Fair warning, I just took a quick stab at coming up with this, so I'm sure it could be improved.
Beer: Nugget Nectar Clone
Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain
Size: 5 gallons, Boil: 6 gallons
Color: 14 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 93 IBU
OG: 1.072
FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 7.3% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Grain:
1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. American Munich
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops:
0.5 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
0.75 oz. Warrior (16% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Tomahawk (16% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (12% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Palisade (9.8% AA, 15 min.)
0.25 oz. Warrior (0 min.)
0.5 oz. Nugget (dryhop)
0.5 oz. Tomahawk (dryhop)
Who knows what that will give you, but it could be a good starting point for tweaking. It's kind of hard to do the hop schedule with 5 different hops and of those listed I've only used Tomahawk (Columbus). So good luck and let us know what recipe you end up with and how it comes out.
