horseraddish beer

anyone have any personal experience? info?

I'm all for trying things, but that sounds pretty nasty. Some have tried garlic on the forum, but werent happy.

I'd brew a good pale ale, and eat some horseraddish cheddar with it.

hows that horseradish beer? i've often wontered what it whould taste like, you got the recipe?

This is the beer to brew if you like the taste of Turnips. That is what it tastes like. Yes I have the recipe PM me if you'd like it...basically it is my red beer with a horseradish root / everclear tincture added.
