I'm all for trying things, but that sounds pretty nasty. Some have tried garlic on the forum, but werent happy.

I'd brew a good pale ale, and eat some horseraddish cheddar with it.

This is the beer to brew if you like the taste of Turnips. That is what it tastes like. Yes I have the recipe PM me if you'd like it...basically it is my red beer with a horseradish root / everclear tincture added.
