I started out making beer/ale and then went on to fermenting some of it into vinegar. After more than 30 years of vinegar fermentation, selling at high end retailers and craft shows, I've retired, am 71 years young and I still teach vinegar fermentation as well as all other fermentations of food. My vinegars have won 19 International awards of which I am very proud. My web site is closed but Google "Mr. Vinegar" to see some articles on my process.
