I have been all grain brewing for about 10 years now. I cannot say that they were all great, but I have leaned a lot from my mistakes and realized that keeping it simple produces some of the best beers out there. My beer journey started at a young age, thanks to Uncle Sam, and put me on five continents to experience some of the best and worst hop flavored water out there.
