What yeast would you recommend for a imperial stout I’m planning? The OG should be 1.097. Will be doing a 2L starter.

I’ve used WLP013 for imp stout with success. Make a big starter.
I personally like any of the English ale yeasts for RIS’s, and am not really a fan of West Coast American Ale yeasts.
In order: Conan/Vermont Ale, Wyeast 1318, WLP013, Fermentis S04. Do not use Notty.
