Its been a long while since ive used this yeast…2 weeks post brew…gravity of 1.002…the size and quantity of the bubbles worries me…but the sample tastes good from a few days ago. Thoughts?
Is that saved in a mason jar? Looks like CO2 bubbles. Maybe when you saved the yeast it roused it up enough to kick a little more fermentation off and it carbed in the jar.

Just CO2 coming out of solution. 1.002 is lower than I have ever gotten with 3711. What is the brew?

6# german pils, 1# vienna, 0.5# wheat, 0.5# cane sugar…mashed at 145…ekg at 60 to 29 ibu and some saaz at 2 min. Pitched at 66 and let her go to 78. Gonna keg and taste before maybe adding some amarillo dry hops.
Sounds tasty the way it is now.

Oh I see. As I thought looks like CO2. That yeast is a beast so it doesn’t surprise me.
