Brewed an idaho7/cascade ipa last weekend…barleywine and bdsa just chilling in primaries…maybe keg the bw this weekend.
Just racked a chocolate milk stout to secondary with vanilla beans, bourbon, and the cocoa nibs - of course. Will age for a few months in there and then bottle in time for Christmas.
Have one of the ESBS batches going into a keg today to condition.
A friend stopped by today and said “nice day I figured you’d be brewing” but no I was nailing up roof shingles. Think I’ll get an Abbey ale going this weekend

I pasteurized 5 gals of cider yesterday and pitched Cote du Blanc to it. Had a light foam cap on it at midnight last night at 68F.
May brew schwarzbier Sunday morning.
Gonna brew my first hefeweizen on Saturday. Making the starter today. Wyeast 3068.
