I am planning on brewing a Munich Helles, and I am wondering what would be the best liquid lager yeast and dry lager yeast to consider in recipe design. Many thanks to anyone who responds to this posting and suggests lager yeasts to use.
Wyeast 2206 is hard to beat. Its my favorite lager yeast. Its great for most lagers and doesnt mute the hops even finishes nice malt balance. As for dry 34/70 is great yeast .
