I don’t have a TON of foam. But with minimal flow (gas turned off), I still get close to an inch of head on a pint, even after I poured the second pint. There is no sour smell, so that is a big sign to me that there isn’t an infection. I let the gasses run off for a day, gonna wait til the end of the week to give it a shot.
I turned off the gas and poured 2.5 pints, and then waited a day and still was able to pour about 1.5 pint the next day
