Been tasting the water. And a funky taste here on bonaire. Did build a filtration system for my brew water. 2 filter system. 1 a carbon filter 2 a micron filter. On filter box says. Eliminate all. Of flav. And other contamination. Hope this works. Will taste friday. When i do brewing day. My question my ward lab test kit arived. Should i take a sample. Before filtering. Or after the water runs true the filter system
I would test the water that will be going into the kettle… Once you have your filtration system up and a few gallons through it… that’s the water I’d be sending off for testing…

I think every water filter ever sold claims to remove all off flavors.
