did yesterday final check of my ipa brewed with kveik yeast grav stays now at 1.008 last check i did last week and as well 1.008 so after six weeks tomorow into the beer keg abv reading a 6.4 % sample taste came out good

Hmm… I didn’t get much of a Trappist vibe from my sample. Maybe a bit fruity… a bit of a sour tang (not so much that this is sour, just not as “flat/flabby” as the 1272 was). Then again, I think yours was fermented warmer than mine (I was in the low seventies ambient temp). Then again, Trappist isn’t my thing, so I could just be missing some other part of Trappists that you’re seeing.
