morning you all did take sample yesterday of my beer think my experiment came out good .with the kveik yeast strain afther two weeks and second grav reading it stays at 1.008 abv . did taste it it has bit of orange flav .did dry hop now wait untill keg time. did make a other yeast starter gonna brew a india ipa today using kveik yeast
Thank you for keeping the thread going… I will look for some kveik yeast this summer! If it does have the orange taste/smell then I can see tweaking a cream ale with this and being a go to for a summer brew! Sneezles61
