Hello I am just started using beersmith 2 mobile I am in the process of setting up my equipment profile but I don’t know what to put for the Tun specific heat. I use a 10gal blue Igloo cylindrical cooler for my mash-Tun.
Stainless is 0.12, plastic is 0.3, aluminum is 0.215, copper is 0.092, pyrex is 0.20
I am going to resist the urge to ask if the plastic number is for blue or yellow.

Red coolers are .35. Holds the heat better and gives consistent body profiles.
