I’m ordering three small batch kits at once. The saison, cream ale and rum runner stout. Can each kit be stored in the fridge in their boxes or should I remove the ingredients and store seperately?
I take everything out of the cartons. LME and grains go in the frig. Hops go in the freezer. I also label each ingredient package/container with the appropriate recipe name/abbreviation and date received.
Check off each ingredient as you open each carton. Only time I found a NB packing error was when double the hops for a Dead Ringer was in the carton.
