Spiked Seltzer--what should I expect for final Specific Gravity

I took a break from beer to try Spiked Seltzer. Initial fermentation was anything but lively. SG settled at 1.018. I eventually pitched new yeast and fed it for three or four consecutive days. SG has now settled on 1.011. I failed to test initial SG, but per the instructions it should have been about 1.035. That would mean I’m just over 3% ABV. What have you all seen as your final Specific Gravity?

Thanks!

I’ve not done one yet, but I would expect if using simple table sugar you can end up at 1.000 or even less…

Thanks. I used 4 pounds of corn sugar for a 5 gallon batch.

If it comes down to 1.000 looks like ABV would be just under 5%… That’s assuming the OG was 1.033… There abouts… I will give this a try too!
