secondary fermentation

due to unusual circumstances my american lager has been in the secondary fermenter for about 4 months is it still good??

More than likely, yes. Taste it and you can tell us if it is or not.

I just racked over into my secondary and the airlock equalized and isn’t showing pressure…Does anyone know/think it I will have enough live yeast to bottle condition? or am I just freaking out?

Its fine. There should not be any pressure when you are done fermenting.
