would you go 1056 or 1272 for the yeast on the above clone??
Perhaps a pack of each?? Thoughts?

You should do a split batch and use those yeasts… Your taste buds will help you decide… I have become a big fan of Whites 009. Sneezles61

There are so many yeast companies now. Please for the love of yeast do not JUST use numbers. Use a TYB or WY or WL or something to denote the company of origin. Otherwise I’m just going to assume you mean Wyeast american strains and lose interest.

1056 I use to make a summer ale which is basically a American Wit. Good beer with seafood
