Brewed a Saison over the weekend. Had a great brewday and pitched the Wyeast 3724 at 66 F. Turned on the temperature controller and got distracted when entering the desired fermentation temp. Came back to check on the beer about 12 hours after pitching the yeast to discover the temp of the beer at 41 F. Temp controller was set at 33 F from the last beer I cold crashed 
24 hours later I got the temp back up to 66 and the airlock is finally starting to move. Excited to see how this turns out!

Best of luck. I love making Saisons. I hope yours doesn’t get stuck. WY3724 is temperamental from my memory. I stopped using it as there are so many great POF+ strains out there now.
