My wife and I ran into this on tap in a local bar, it was a slightly fruity-slightly chocolatey brown beer, an amazing blend.

It’s a big beer… Maybe take the caribou slobber and work up from there to get your 9.3% ABV… That’d be like 2 kits to make one brew… Sneezles61
