Nice brew session. Saturday with my mother and sister and grandson. He wanted to help me. A pale ale og 1065. Did use for first time. Maris otter. Do like the smell and taste of the grains see. And chinook hops

I’m also a fan of Marris Otter. Nice bready grainy flavor. I’m thinking of brewing an ESB this year with Marris Otter and Nugget.
Love the maris otter. Think will use it more and more. Replace it for the 2row malt.
