Hello I have a Ranco dual temp controller. Ok here my other question I would like to ferment my ales in the lower 60's for like 4 to 5days an then ramp up the temp into the upper 60's to lower 70's to help with clean up any fermentation byproducts but how would I ramp up the temperature with the kind of temperature controller I have i used both cooling an heating to fine-tune the temperature that I fermenting at I am using a refrigerator as my Fermentation chamber.
I will ferment 62-63... When activity slows down, open the lid on the freeze-mentor, unplug the gizmo... then wait.. Sneezles61
