The first letter of a sentence is capitalized. The real issue is starting a sentence with pH meter. It would/should be preceded by “My” or “The” or something similar. Yes…too much idle time. Get brewing.

pH meter is tough to start a sentence with. I had to type a random character first then type pH and backspace over the random character.

Power of hydrogen or potential of hydrogen, the words pH stands for, in themselves don’t have to be capitalized. I guess I never thought much about it but the lower case p is to distinguish it from the capital P which could but confused for phosphorous. I’m not even sure a single P can bond with a single H
