That sounds interesting. Does anyone think that these ‘fruity’ ‘juicy’ NEIPAS will become like the old IBU wars from IPAs?
I think there is a world of volatile oils in hops that create a sensation that is unique. After all it is the second cousin of our other favorite in the Cannabaceae family. Late addition hops is only going to grow into new unfathomable realms akin to the Blue Java Banana that tastes like vanilla ice cream
Im noticing more Hazy and balanced brews instead of the juice bombs of a couple years ago at the few places i go to. But that is a very small sampling.
