Looking to add 24 oz of honey- at flameout?
Have some extra cascade hops who would add? What time and amount?

Adding citrusy cascade hops would be going away from I think is good about this beer. I brewed the Nut Brown once. Found it lacking in flavor and body for my palate. If I did it again I wouldn’t add hops, but would add steeping grains to increase the body and perhaps an English yeast for less attenuation.
Agree with lacking in both flavor and body, appreciate the suggestion but now I’ve impulsively began so it’s that or 1/2 ounce of German hallertau at flameout and the honey at day 3-4 of fermentation
