Does one need to passivate there new stainsteel brew pots. When I got my new one I clear it with barkeeper friend I Believe that also passivate your stainsteel if I not wrong
The Barkeepers Friend will passivate the stainless steel. After a good rinse let it air dry for the chromium layer to harden.
