I have been makeing mead for years but tried something new to me. I made a batch of orange blossom mead and used some oranges for a little extra flavor. It has been I glass carboys of 6 months now. It has a alcohol value of about 17 percent. but is still very cloudy. Never had this problem before, The mead normally starts to clear around month 3 or 4 as a rule. So I put a clarifier in the mead. Does any one know about how long it might take to work. Or am I just stuck with cloudy mead.
