I got a disk of Taza chocolate. It says for the ingredients organic stone ground cocoa beans organic cane sugar and organic chilli powder. Think it would work in a beer? I don't see why not.
I'd think it would be a great idea! Nut brown style? Add this as a tincture after primary fermentation is complete... A seasoning if you will... Sneezles61
This is one of my favorite chocolates! I'd eat this, and simulate the flavor in a beer based on the ingredients list.
