Mcmaster-Carr O rings

Ordered some o rings from Mcmaster-Carr and figured I would list the part numbers. I just bought the dip tube and post sizes. They also carry the lid o rings too.

Part #9452K172 pack of 100 Buna-N 109 (Dip Tube) 5/16" ID, 1/2" OD $2.21
Part #9452K23 pack of 100 Buna-N 111 (Post- Ball Lock) 7/16" ID, 5/8" OD $2.48
Part #9452K218 pack of 10 Buna-N 417 (Lid) 3½" ID, 4" OD $12.69

For the dip tube and post o rings it was $5.49 with sales tax and it was $5.27 for shipping so a total of $10.68. Which works out to be 5 cents an o ring if you include shipping. NB wants 99 cents for one.

I see the shelf life is 15 years. I’ll bet you won’t use 100 each by then… :stuck_out_tongue:

But that’s a good score for that price. And they are handy to have around. Nothing worse than when one snaps or needs replaced and there’s none to be found!
