Hello I am just wanting to know what sanitizer do you guy’s use with your Mark 2 keg&carboy cleaner?
I use just enough star san to keep the pump from sucking air. It foams like crazy but you only need to coat the surface. I think I cycle each keg on for about 10 seconds then seal it up.
I use IO Star:
Less foamy than star-san. I actually buy it in a smaller bottle from the LHBS though. I only use it in the keg cleaner, which doesn’t need a lot for ~1gal water so the bottle lasts forever.
