Making an Irish red

Yes got 18" on Thursday dusting last night another 3 or for predicted for tomorrow. As many of you know I lager in a snow bank so the more it snows the longer my kegs lager. I just keep shoveling the deck and pile it on top of the kegs. Ales and lagers both

Of course in MN you probably lager longer

Well did a doppalbock today and then threw in this red ESB. Haven’t done back to backs in awhile. Only mistake was whirlpooled some nugget instead of Willamette in the esb. Oh well looking forward to a taste not worried

I just tried Founders Dirty Bastard for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Very tasty even at $11 a sixer. It’s on my just put two in the cooler list.
