Makgeolli

Any ideas for cooking recipes for the rice solids byproducts from making makgeolli?

Hi, I have put The lees into a blender to grind it into a smooth paste and used a potato bread recipe and replaced the potato with the lees. I’ve also added it as an extra ingredient to make Biscotti.
