Layer of film on my muscadine wine

Hey y’all, new to winemaking and new to the forum. I just started my first batch of muscadine wine. Making 3 gallons. I noticed a little bit of…sludge? Film? Something in my primary, but assumed it was normal. I’ve strained my batch into my 3 gal carboy, and it seems the film has followed. Any idea on whats going on? It almost looks tan. I have a picture, but, like I said, new to the forum. I’ll try to figure it out

That would be wine yeast. Perfectly normal!

WHEW! Thanks man! Had myself a little worked up over it. I do feel like I put more of the yeast packet than I should have, does that have something to do with it? Used the majority of a packet of RedStar pastuer (?) Said the packet was good for five gal, its a 3 gal batch, and I used more than intended.
