Is my beer bad?

I am fairly new to beer making, and I love it! I am on my third batch now, making a Peach Sour Ale.

My problem is, I have little spots in my fermenter and don’t know if it looks like an infection in my beer or just some residue from the process up to fermentation…

There should be a picture posted with this… ANY AND ALL HELP IS WELCOME!

Thanks in advance!

Hard to tell from that pic. Really need a pic from the inside. How are you souring it? What yeast?

Side note… I see my Fermenter says “fermiter” lol thats what happens when you dont pay attention and work too fast I guess…

From what I can tell, the spots are local to that one location…

Most likely just yeast buds that hydrated after you poured the yeast in and clinged to the side of your fermiter. If it’s still has positive pressure you can pop the top and take a closer look.

And I’m glad your fermiter is dedicated rather than disloyal. :joy:.

I need to give it a taste maybe, can’t tell from a picture :joy:

Only way to tell open the fermentor. Peak inside. And smell. Particals could be yeast as well. Welcome to the forum
