I guess I have an infection

Tasting my Ofest that I make every year and it has a tartness to it. Not super sour. Is over carbonated wondering if that could present as tart.

Carbonic acid from carbonation is sharp.

.010 still tastes funny flat. Not as pronounced. I’ve made this beer at least 1/2 dozen times. I pulled it off ine. I’ll let it go flat and revisit it at another time. I brewed it in March carbonated and lagered for a month then sat in the basement 65 to 70 for 4 months. Chilled and gassed it another week and here we are
