I don’t think I can wait seven minutes for a pour unless I’m already drinking a beer while I wait. 
That’s a 5min pour. I have it at 20psi at 40° if i go any higher its hard to pour without bleeding the gas which is a waste. Not sure what to do other than bleed it into a conditioning keg before pouring. I hate wasting co2
