How many bottles of wine should a 6 Gallon wine kit yield?

In the last 3 years I’ve made about 10 six gallon wine kits: 5 chardonnay, 2 cabernet sauvignon, and 1 tempranillo. I yield between 27-28 bottles. Is this normal? I

Completely normal. I think the common estimate is 30 750’s.
So you are coming up a bit short.

I get 5.5 750ml per gallon so my yield for 5 gallons would be about 27 bottles more or less

All depends on the size of the bottles. :slight_smile:

750 ml bottles you should get 29 or so
