I’m curious if any one has tried to clone the Hell or High Watermelon wheat beer from
21 rst Amendment brewing, any one have a recepie or tips ?
Last summer I brewed an American Wheat kit and added Watermelon flavoring at bottling. The idea was inspired by a Watermelon Wheat I had while on vacation in California. In no way was it an attempt to make an identical clone to a particular beer, but the end product was great and a big hit, especially for those who had not tasted a watermelon beer before. Just my 2 cents., hope you can come up with something good!
