handcrafted chalkboard tap handles

A buddy and I came up with a cool DIY tap handle and wanted to see if there is any interest from anyone wanting some. We are selling these for $25 + shipping. Send me a message if interested.

They handle/shaft is made from mini kegs/barrels that we stained and painted the metal bands, the display portion is stained and then painted with chalkboard paint.

These come in 3 different sizes as shown.

Very resourceful. Always nice to see people make some creative tap handles. Where did you get those mini kegs? They’re very cool. How are the kegs that are stacked on top of each other fastened together? Will some drunken pirate go to pull a pint and crack the stem of the handle? Nice work.

Thanks! The mini kegs were found at a craft store, we have now found an online supplier that we can buy in bulk. The one pictured is just glued/liquid nailed together and it is pretty strong. We have done multiple drop tests and nothing snaps off. We are planning on installing a small dowl rod through all of them and into the top to make it extra secure.
